PROJECT HIGHLIGHT

Possum Creek

THE POOL HOUSE

This project involved premium materials and unique customised details. It included the installation of architectural windows and doors, along with the fabrication and installation of trusses. External cladding was achieved through the use of cedar shingles and hemlock pine battens, while the roof's design included merging roof pitches and constructing a Dutch gable. Collaborating with Hartnett & Sons stone masonry, we worked on set outs and flashings for the stone blockwork. Additionally, we partnered with ARC Roofing to install a titanium zinc standing seam roof and design a box gutter system with associated flashing.

Further aspects of the project included designing and constructing external pergola systems, complete with sandstone footings, and undertaking all hardwood timberwork. We also supervised the installation of double-glazed glass roof panels and collaborated with a cabinet maker to complete both the outdoor kitchen and internal cabinetry.

Throughout the project, coordination with various trades was essential to ensure the successful completion of the work, culminating in the handover to clients.
